The Bremer Energie Insitut together with partners has worked on the project “Contracting im Mietwohnungsbau” which was commissioned by the Federal Office for Building and Regional Planning (BBR) and the Federal Ministry of Transport, Building and Urban Development (BMVBS). The project is recently finished and the final report is published as pdf-document under:

The report provides a sophisticated and sustantiated contribution to the complex matter. It shows the status-quo of the market, options for its development as well as saving potentials. Furthermore the project regards aspects of housing policy and tenency law, already achieved savings in established projects, the applicability in the appartment building stock and the possible energie saving potentials using contracting.
