NeMoLand - New Mobility in Rural Areas
In former studies the BEI investigates the potential of emobility to avoid emissions and the interdependencies between emobility and off-shore wind generation. The new project NeMoLand investigates the potential of emobility in the context of load management and whether it can function as storage or avoid local network overload by targeted control strategies.
Triple-R - Roles, responsibilities and regulation
This project builds on the results of the research project IRIN and contributes to developing a consistent institutional framework to facilitate the development and deployment of smart grids. The main aspects that are investigated within this project are (future) roles, responsibilities and regulation in these emerging smart distribution systems.
